ABOUT ARTTMANN
ArttMann has been working in the advertising business, man and boy, since the late eighties (under a number of assumed identities). He became the sometimes sorta super (ahem!) hero of the art world after an unfortunate accident with a client's stool sample. Er... no, *sample stool.* Yes, that's it. It happened at a product shoot. Anyway, since that time he has endeavored to use his sooper powers to save the day for as many hapless (and overworked and overwhelmed) clients as possible – oh, and to occasionally help a little old lady across the street!
The purpose of this site is to provide an online reference for ArttMann's clients as well as an educational /informational resource for those who
are interested in entertainment
advertising as a career path,
and for those interested
in the subject in general.

EXPERIENCE
ArttMann has worked in nearly every capacity in the advertising design world, from creative director to illustrator, retoucher to senior designer. He has worked as a short-term freelancer to a full-time employee and everything in between, from automotive to comics and games and from staid corporate mainstream America to out-there, wild, on-the-edge web and entertainment work. ArttMann is highly organized (yes, that's right folks, a creative who is highly organized) and efficient, with excellent management and people skills. Having run more than one shop in his time he knows about hiring and firing, working with difficult employees, providing leadership and vision, and more dope stuph like dat. He's still searching for the perks, however. Where's the company Learjet hangared again? Currently, ArttMann is seeking freelance and contract opportunities within the entertainment advertising field.

MISSION STATEMENT & GOALS
For over 10 years now ArttMann has provided top-notch, comprehensive, reliable graphic design services in Hollywood, the Greater Los Angeles area and even worldwide. Continuing this tradition is his mandate.
ArttMann next intends to master Flash, develop serious 3D chops, create a new series of pinup paintings, write his novel, develop his comic ("ArttMann vs. Hellboy"?), keep his woman happy (some say a dangerous, complex and demanding task in and of itself), and,
in his copious spare time (ahem!) dispatch
evil-doers far and wide. For instance, the
entire deceitful, treacherous and
self-aggrandizing bunch currently
(s)wallowing in the pig trough
that is Washington D.C..

SKILLS & PROGRAMS
ArttMann was once told that it "pays to specialize." Therefore, he specialized in many different things (ahem)! An acknowledged master retoucher and gifted artist, ArttMann has also become familiar with the web's various and multifaceted capabilities, as is evidenced by this website (and others). ArttMann's particular strength, as once can probably gather from this site, is Adobe Photoshop. Combined with Illustrator, this "one-two" combination will knock the stuffing out of just about any art problem that comes along. He's also highly versed in GoLive (with which this site was built). ArttMann is capable of doing just about anything artistically, from simple graphics to full-blown illustration, logos, keyart, DVD packaging, web site graphics and design and much, much more!
