Welcome to the rants section of our tour. Here, you will witness diverse forms of spouting off, soap boxing, caterwauling and venting, as well as vitriolic spite, envy and backbiting. RANT #1: GOOD, FAST, CHEAP
My dear old grandpappy once told me something that was and I believe still is an axiom in the aerospace industry: you can have two of the following — good, fast, cheap. Pick two. You can't have all three.
Think about it. If you want it fast and good, it doesn't come cheap. If you want it cheap and fast, it doesn't come good. If you want it cheap and good, it doesn't come fast. Simple, right? Not really. Unfortunately, we live in a world where people want it all: good, fast AND cheap. Heck, some expect it as a such as matter of course!

It’s not market pressures alone that have caused this situation. Nope.
We artists are as much to blame as anyone else. Why? Because we are constantly cutting each other’s throats and giving in to insane demands. Is there a solution? Not the way I see it. We've trained clients to think they can have it all, all the time. Now were all in a real fix: time, money and life wise. I know I am.
